About The Position

We're a neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice specializing in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI). We prioritize play-based, child-led approaches that honor each individual's unique way of being. Seeking a creative, energetic BCBA/BCaBA who's passionate about early childhood development and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Provide individualized ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings using NDBI approaches. Schedule: Morning (9am-12pm) and/or Evening (3:30-7pm) availability required

Requirements

BCBA or BCaBA certification (BACB)
Michigan state licensure
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching
Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, ethical ABA practice
Early childhood development expertise
Creative, flexible approach to intervention
Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans
Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments
Partner with families as true collaborators (not just "trainers")
Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies
Work across home, school, and community settings
Participate in dynamic team collaboration and case consultation
