Our services support people living independently in the community, in their own homes, as well as in our residential settings. Through compassionate care and a person-centered approach, we aim to make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve. Position Overview: Mental Health Workers, operating in a Direct Support (DSP) capacity, provide direct support professional services and independent living skills training to the individuals we serve in our 24-hour residential programs. These programs serve the needs of individuals in a home setting that is managed by RTI. Our clients include those with a severe mental illness (SMI) health diagnosis and or traumatic brain injury (TBI) disability. This role reports to the Program manager and has no direct reports.
