About The Position

Town and Country Transit is now hiring part-time drivers. Interested applicants must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record from the state(s) lived in the prior three (3) years and be able to pass a background check, DOT physical and drug test. CDL applicants (Class A, B, or C) must hold a passenger endorsement. Town and Country Transit is a zero-tolerance, drug free workplace. Employees will also be subject to random drug testing during employment. Probationary wages are $18.50/hour for the first sixty (60) working days. After probation is successfully completed, wages will increase to $20.70/hour. Generous benefit package available! Paid time off available for full and part time employees. Part-time employees receive 1 vacation day for every 300 hours worked. Full-time employees eligible for 85% employer paid benefits after probationary period and reaching full-time status. 401(k) with 5% company match after 1 year of service.
