About The Position

Gateway Toyota, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a motivated and hard-working Driver to join their team. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience and learn the inner workings of an automotive dealership with state-of-the-art facilities. Penske Automotive Group (PAG) aims to create a positive and challenging workplace that promotes excellence and achievement, delivering the best possible experience to customers. The company is looking for dedicated and motivated professionals who share this passion. Drivers support the dealership by providing customers with a positive service experience, shuttling them to or picking them up from their homes/offices while their vehicles are being serviced. The ideal candidate is a hard-working, non-CDL Driver focused on great customer service and supporting dealership goals.

  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

  • Able to work with a diverse group of people
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to meet insurance requirements for driving positions
  • Non-CDL

  • Provide customers with positive customer service experience through driving them to or picking them up from their homes/offices while service is performed on their vehicles
  • Ensure customers have a world-class service experience at every step along their journey

  • Provide an unparalleled level of quality and attention to detail when shuttling customers between destinations
  • Connect with customers in a timely, courteous, professional manner that reflects the brand, dealership, and PAG service values
