About The Position

- This position is responsible for weekend coverage of Meals-on-Wheels routes at LIFECARE ALLIANCE. The role involves monitoring driver documentation to ensure compliance with funder requirements and addressing any client and driver issues or concerns that may arise.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory position
• 2 years of experience working with volunteers
• Strong customer relations experience
• Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
• Basic to intermediate skills using Microsoft Office
• Understanding of quality assurance standards and contract compliance

• Associate’s degree in Human Services or related field

Responsibilities

• Provide weekend coverage for both paid and volunteer Meals-on-Wheels routes.
• Schedule drivers to efficiently deliver Meals-on-Wheels routes during weekends.
• Handle unexpected call-offs and staff shortages to ensure seamless operation.
• Monitor driver documentation to meet funder requirements and ensure compliance.
• Follow up on client and driver problems and concerns to maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality assurance standards and contract compliance are met.
• Utilize strong customer relations skills to effectively communicate with clients and drivers.
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented in a dynamic work environment.
• Use basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills to support administrative tasks and documentation.
