About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated, people‑oriented Part‑Time Driver Recruiter to help us attract, screen, and onboard qualified drivers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and can balance independence with strong follow‑through. You’ll play a key role in growing our driver team and ensuring candidates have a smooth, positive experience from first contact to final hire.

This person must be able to work Monday through Wednesday, 9:00am to 3:00pm. This schedule may be subject to change based on business need, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and managing multiple conversations at once
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
• Ability to be a self-starter, requiring minimal supervision.
• Ability to function in a team-based environment.
• Ability to make decisions and take appropriate action.
• Ability to be flexible in a fast paced and changing environment.
• PC skills including, but not limited to: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Previous recruiting, transportation or customer service experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Source potential driver candidates through applicant tracking system, job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and progress.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective drivers.
• Represent the company professionally at hiring events or community engagements (as needed).
