Requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Treat customers and teammates with respect, provide knock-your-socks-off experiences, and educate customers on the value of our services.
• Work Safely & Sustainably: Operate vehicles responsibly, load and transport items with care, and partner with community organizations to recycle and donate whenever possible.
• Take Ownership & Drive Growth: Make smart operational decisions on the job, help maintain trucks and equipment, and support marketing and continuous improvement efforts to build lasting customer relationships.
