About The Position
All American Limo is seeking an enthusiastic and responsible individual to join our team as a Black Car/Limousine Dispatcher. This position is available for immediate hire, with options for full-time, part-time, and weekend hours. As a dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation services and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. We are a growing company, and we are looking for someone who is excited to help us reach new heights. We are willing to provide training to the right candidate, helping you develop the necessary skills to excel in this role. In this position, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, dispatching vehicles, and communicating with drivers and clients effectively. You will need to be self-motivated and independent, with a strong focus on success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with a diverse range of clients and team members. Organizational skills are also important, as you will need to keep track of multiple schedules and ensure that all operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a call center or dispatch environment, as well as experience working with a multi-line phone system. Familiarity with operating related computer applications and business equipment is also required. Pay for this position will depend on prior experience, starting at $18.00 per hour.
