About The Position

Primary Responsibilities: Interact with customers to verify vehicle information, condition of vehicle and schedule time of pick-up and delivery of vehicles. Follow up on cars available for pick up Complete and process paperwork related to the pick-up and delivery function in an efficient and accurate manner. Review all completed transportation requests for accuracy Data entry and updating notes in AS400 and Auto IMS systems regarding pick-ups and deliveries. Verify, post and invoice for transportation services rendered Review and collect on transportation’s aged AR Review neighbor island inventory, weekly operating report, post and invoice Perform clerical duties associated with the drive service in an efficient manner Book, coordinate, execute all aspects of the interisland shipping process with Young Brothers. Track and communicate with client the status of shipping. Book, coordinate, execute all aspects of the west coast shipping process with Pasha and Matson. Track and communicate with client the status of shipping. Transferring handwritten VIN’s and posting the information to the AS400 to invoice Miscellaneous filing, copying and handling mail Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, which may include assisting in other areas of the office as necessary.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.
  • OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; OR 5 years’ experience in a related field
  • Drug Testing To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position.
