About The Position

This role is onsite at our Five Brothers Kitchen at the Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience based in Bardstown, KY. Standard first shift schedule is 11:00am-5:30pm with rotating day schedules (including weekends).

What the Role Is
The Dishwasher is responsible for participating in all kitchen functions, preparation, and maintenance of quality standards, sanitation, and cleanliness.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent required
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen personnel and dining room personnel
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Reliable Transportation

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation by adhering to all State and Federal food and safety guidelines.
• Follow all procedures and duties set forth by the Kitchen Managers
• Ensure cleanliness of all dishware and cookware.
• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs.
• Follow all restaurant policies and kitchen procedures put forth by the Kitchen Managers.
• Adhere to the restaurant and the company’s rules, policies, and procedures.
• Adhere to safe operation standards of all kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Responsible for following all cleaning and sanitation schedules.
• Ability to follow assigned schedule.
