About The Position

Witco has part-time, disability job coaching openings in Ada County. Shifts vary between the hours of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and weekends and weekdays. Witco is a nonprofit disability service organization serving citizens with disabilities throughout southwest Idaho for more than 50 years. Witco is dedicated to creating opportunities to empower people with disabilities by providing a variety of vocational, employment, and community rehabilitation services. Job Coaches provide job support to people with disabilities at their place of employment. Job support includes, skills training, work relations coaching, advocacy, quality improvements, and goal setting. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proof of insurance.
• Safe driving record.
• Complete and obtain clearance for Criminal History, including fingerprinting.
• Provide employment references.
• Pass a pre-hire drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide job support to people with disabilities at their place of employment.
• Conduct skills training.
• Offer work relations coaching.
• Advocate for clients.
• Implement quality improvements.
• Assist in goal setting.
