About The Position

The Digital Arts and Media Design Program seeks to hire students to work in the Digital Arts Studio Spaces. These positions will assist lab users and monitor the lab during designated hours. Some competence with digital arts and media design studio technologies, tools and methods is required.

• Competence with digital arts and media design studio technologies, tools and methods

• Experience with lab cleaning and maintenance
• Familiarity with managing gallery spaces
• Ability to facilitate communications via listservs
• Participation in Digital Arts lab projects or related student groups

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Digital Arts lab and studios during scheduled hours
• Maintain material inventory and schedule student equipment checkout and usage
• Assist students with basic lab related software, hardware and peripheral technologies
