About The Position
The Destination Planner & Concierge is a dynamic, service-oriented professional responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences while managing the day-to-day operations of Inspirato luxury residences. This role combines personalized concierge service with hands-on property management, including conducting routine inspections, coordinating vendor services, and ensuring homes meet brand standards for quality, safety, and appearance. Based in Deer Valley, the ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and familiar with local activities and resources, capable of anticipating member needs and maintaining operational excellence to ensure a seamless and memorable stay. A passion for luxury service, pride in operational rigor, and meticulous attention to detail are essential to consistently elevating the Inspirato experience. Success in this role requires strict adherence to standard operating procedures and checklists, along with a disciplined, proactive approach to residential property care.
