Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in dental assisting or sterilization technology preferred.
• Previous experience in a dental or medical sterilization environment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of sterilization techniques, infection control standards, and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate sterilization equipment such as autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to follow strict safety and infection control protocols.
