About The Position

Firespring is in search of a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a delivery driver. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring timely and efficient deliveries between our Omaha and Lincoln offices. The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver’s license, familiarity with Omaha's streets, and exceptional communication and time management skills.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with operating a dock-high straight truck (CDL license not required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Proficient knowledge of navigating Omaha's streets.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with operating a pallet jack is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily runs between Firespring's Omaha and Lincoln facilities.
• Handle deliveries and pickups to/from customer or vendor locations along the Omaha to Lincoln route.
• Ensure all items are quality-checked and properly loaded onto the delivery vehicle.
• Assist shipping and bindery departments in both plants by preparing items for delivery, including shrink wrapping and organizing multiple pallets (up to 10 or more).
• Act as a backup for other drivers when needed.
• Perform general warehouse duties as required.
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling to accommodate fast-turnaround projects.
