About the position
Join our team and enjoy a variety of perks that make work enjoyable and rewarding. We offer flexible schedules with both part-time and full-time roles available. Our shift times are Monday to Friday from 7 am to 1 pm or 1 pm to 7 pm, and Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm. You will receive weekly pay every Friday, with competitive hourly rates starting at $15 per hour. From day one, you will start earning Paid Time Off (PTO). We believe in promoting from within, with over 90% of our managers having started in this position or a similar one. The work environment is fast-paced, and we also offer referral bonuses. Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for our guests
- Thoroughly clean the exterior of new and used vehicles
- Vacuum interior carpets and seats
- Move vehicles throughout the dealerships as needed
- Ensure every vehicle is re-delivered to our guests with pride and to Citrin standards
Requirements
- A Valid Driver's license for at least 1 year (this does not include your learners permit)
- At least 18 years of age
- A Customer-first mindset
- A good driving record
- Willingness to work outside
- Strong communication skills
- Physical demands: Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach and bend
