About The Position

Welcome to the new Main Street Bank! We have been proudly serving our communities since 1899 (fka as Wayne Savings!) as a local, customer-centric, community bank. We are currently looking to add some dynamic new Customer Service Representatives (all levels of experience!) to our Wooster Market (N. Market, Cleveland Point and Northside).

Requirements

• Retail Banking Experience as a teller or customer service representative.
• Experience as a vault teller is a plus.
• Understanding of HSAs and IRA accounts.
• Experience with consumer lending or as a Universal Banker is a super bonus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Assist customers with banking transactions.
