Requirements

  • 2+ years of high-volume customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • A team player who cares about safety, service, and community impact

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting with new service requests, cancellations, and account changes
  • Accepting and processing customer payments
  • Investigating and resolving billing inquiries
  • Updating and maintaining customer account information
  • Collaborating with drivers, dispatch, and other team members to address service issues and customer needs
