About The Position
Join us!!! We partner with colleges and universities across the country to help prospective, current, and prior students regarding their enrollment. The daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, operating multiple computer programs, and offering first class customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, the daily responsibilities include answering inbound calls from students and parents, making outbound calls to current or prior students, operating multiple computer programs, and offering first-class customer service. You will have support from senior agents and leadership who are just a phone call away when you need assistance.
