About The Position

This is a part time position. Primary responsibility is to Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying each customer's needs, exceeding their expectations, and making every shopping visit a pleasant and satisfying experience. This requires accurately and efficiently operating the cash register, providing various services at the customer service counter, and maintaining security and control of all funds in the cash register. Perform duties of floor monitor when one is not assigned to be on-duty. May be assigned to be the on-duty floor monitor. Perform the duties of cashier and bagger when appropriate.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in and complete required training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence in English.
• Ability to write simple correspondence in English.
• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and calculate discount percentages.
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
