About The Position

We’re looking for a reliable Part ‑ Time Custodian to help keep our facility clean, safe, and welcoming. Role is in a manufacturing environment and offices. This role offers flexible scheduling between 20–29 hours per week , with a preference for daily cleaning. Morning hours are preferred with our first shift starting at 6am

Requirements

• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Comfort using basic hand tools and custodial equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, walking, and standing throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

• Prior maintenance or custodial experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, production areas, locker rooms, and common spaces (vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, dusting, refilling dispensers, etc.)
• Maintain cleaning supplies and alert supervisor when inventory is low
• Assist with basic groundskeeping (snow removal, yard work) as needed
• Operate custodial equipment such as floor sweepers and mowers
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards
