Requirements

• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends if necessary
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in healthcare or similar environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting common areas, offices, restrooms, and patient care areas
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, and surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment
• Restock cleaning supplies and ensure proper storage and disposal of waste
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations
• Assist with setting up and breaking down spaces for meetings or events as needed
