About The Position

WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Part-Time Custodian to ensure the interior and exterior areas of all assigned work locations are maintained in a safe and sanitary manner for customers, office staff, and visitors by performing various custodial tasks. The base hourly rate of pay starts at $18 per hour Schedule: The days/hours: -Saturday       8:30am-5pm -Sunday          9am-5pm -Monday        1pm-7pm -Tuesday        1pm-7pm

Requirements

• 3 years of prior custodial, building maintenance, or general labor experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with staff, visitors, and other departments within the company
• Fluent in English
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain factory showroom, offices, conference rooms, cafeterias, restrooms, parking lots and all other operational areas
• Wash and disinfect all washroom floors, toilets, toilet seats, soap dispensers, paper towel dispenser, toilet tissue dispensers, countertops, sinks, fixtures, and mirrors; replenish all toilet tissue, paper towels, and soap
• Wash and disinfect all lunchroom tables, chairs, kiosk, and floors; dust furniture and fixtures; wash fingerprints from walls, doors, hardware, and glass; clean and polish all stainless steel and chrome; routinely empty wastebaskets and garbage containers
• Maintain the cleanliness of the entrances and exits of the building by keeping them free of garbage, snow, and debris
• Sweep and mop all floors
• Maintain confidentiality and respect private and sensitive information when cleaning in offices and desk areas of the office staff
• Represent the company in a professional manner when greeting and assisting customers and office visitors/guests
• Perform other duties as assigned
