About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Custodian to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff and customers. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in a job well done.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Strong sense of reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to follow safety protocols, especially when handling cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors in common areas and offices.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, and mirrors; restock paper products and soap.
• Empty trash daily and transport waste to designated outdoor areas.
• Dust furniture, windowsills, and fixtures; clean glass doors and partitions.
• Ensure all doors are locked and lights are turned off at the end of the shift; report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
