Requirements

A strong sense of responsibility and dependability
Ability to work alone when needed and also contribute as part of a team
Good attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job well
Ability to stay productive and work efficiently throughout the shift
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Ability to stand and move for the full shift, including bending, reaching, crouching, kneeling, pushing, and pulling

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain office buildings and other professional spaces
Vacuum carpet and mop hard-surface flooring
Dust desks, ledges, furniture, and other surfaces
Service restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, counters, walls, and floors
Restock soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed
Empty trash and replace liners when needed
Wipe interior glass and entry glass
Use cleaning tools and equipment properly, including vacuums and related supplies
Complete assigned tasks according to company standards and safety procedures
Communicate maintenance concerns or supply needs to a supervisor
Work cooperatively with teammates and respond professionally to client requests
