About The Position

Pandora, the world's largest jewellery brand, is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate for its Miracle Mile location. This role is for an ultimate Pandora Fan responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and continuously finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. As a Core Staff Associate, you will be a foundational part of the store's smooth operation, providing reliable support to the team and customers with a consistent schedule and responsibilities. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, helping them express their loves. Applicants will be required to complete an assessment via email after submitting their application.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Demonstrated care in both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Must be at least 18 years or older and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Timely arrival to work.
  • Availability of at least 20 hours per week (preferred, but essential for consistent schedule).
  • Ability to be regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
