The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. As a Core Staff Associate, this role is foundational to the store's smooth operation, with consistent schedules and responsibilities to ensure reliable support for the team and customers. Associates are expected to share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves. Applicants will be required to complete an assessment emailed upon application submittal.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller with at least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Developed a sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Be at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identify and eligibility to work.
  • A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Timely arrival to work.
  • Regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.
