About The Position

As the largest jewellery brand in the world, Pandora empowers people to express themselves through beautiful products. The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be a dedicated Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and continuously finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. As a Core Staff Associate, this role is fundamental to the store's smooth operation, providing reliable support with consistent schedules and responsibilities. Associates will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to their loves. Completion of an assessment will be required upon application submittal.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller with at least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Developed a sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Be at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identify and eligibility to work.
  • Embrace adventure with a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. This can include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds and timely arrival to work.
  • A consistent schedule, with an availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
  • Availability for hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week), with dependability for regularly scheduled peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.
