  • Proactively acknowledge and engage every customer to support a positive customer-centric experience.
  • Utilize the selling program to promote the sale of the best solutions and additional products/services.
  • Maintain awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and sales and loyalty programs.
  • Consistently maintain store and print department appearance to company guidelines.
  • Adhere to standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation.
  • Follow established sorting and stocking guidelines and complete freight processes.
  • Ensure the freight sorting area is organized and set up according to guidelines.
  • Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily.
  • Develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through provided sales and service tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices.
  • High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
  • Retail sales experience preferred, but no previous experience required.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and G-Mail.
  • Ability to use computers and technology for information access.
  • Ability to process information/merchandise through POS register system.
  • Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete documentation and process inventory.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to establish selling relationships.
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with print and technology products.
