About The Position

Tucker's Italian is looking for a part-time cook to join our team in our east-side location. Qualified applicants should have three years experience in a scratch kitchen with a strong foundation in Italian and french cooking techniques. This person should have a positive attitude, be willing to learn, be clean and organized and enjoy working with a variety of people. Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to follow all safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
A good memory to manage multiple orders at the same time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and some holidays

Responsibilities

Prep – Prep foods according to specified recipes.
Execute items and dishes during service in a timely manner.
Follow the directions given by management and work with co-workers as a team.
Clean and stock - Determine that the workstation are stocked with products needed.
Clean and sanitize all work areas.
