The role involves estimating food requirements, requisitioning food from storage, and maintaining appropriate cooking temperatures. The ideal candidate will measure and mix ingredients, taste and test foods, carve meats, and portion food onto serving plates. Additionally, the position requires adherence to food handling, sanitation, and health department guidelines, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work area.
