About The Position
GCEFCU is looking for an individual who is motivated, great at multi-tasking, will provide accurate information and remain calm and objective while working with members to join our Contact Center team! Our Contact Center Representatives handle incoming calls with various questions or requests, which lead them to becoming more knowledgeable in several departments. This position is located at our Mortgage and Insurance building with the schedule of M-F 11:45am - 4:00pm.
