About The Position

A luxury property developer general contractor who operates at the very high end is seeking a part-time Project Accountant. This position offers the opportunity to grow your skillset by having exposure to a host of areas in Project Accounting. As a Project Accountant, you will oversee projects from an accounting perspective, ensuring that all financial aspects are managed effectively. Your responsibilities will include keeping up with the Work in Progress (WIP) Schedule, AIA Billings, and the Cost Schedule. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Clients to ensure that billing is accurate and timely. This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks and the Microsoft Office Suite, as these tools will be essential in managing the financial records and reports for various projects.
