Position: Part-Time Concierge Location: Sky Central Apartments, located in the iconic PNC Tower annex - downtown Cincinnati, OH Competitive Pay: $17 - $18 per hour (based on experience) Work Schedule: Thursday & Friday 4pm – 8pm; Saturday 12pm – 8pm

Requirements

At least one year of relevant experience
Conflict resolution skills
Customer service experience with a strong focus on face-to-face interactions
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in basic computer skills and recordkeeping
Can lift or move up to 50 lbs
Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon job offer

Responsibilities

Welcome residents and guests
Receive and deliver packages
Manage incoming calls and messages
Monitor surveillance cameras and fire alarms
Maintain visitor and contractor logs
Ensure lobby area cleanliness
