Provide excellent customer service and food service at Parks and Recreation facilities. Communicate effectively with patrons, co-workers, and management. Greet walk up customers, answer incoming phone calls, and provide accurate facility information or direct questions to appropriate personnel. Food preparation and distribution. Prepare food using a deep fryer, microwave, and other equipment. Wait on customers and process their orders. Count revenue and reconcile with daily summary. Report to work on time wearing uniform, prepared to perform duties in a professional and respectful manner. Perform general maintenance of concession area. Complete other duties as assigned.
