About The Position

The Part-Time Community Outreach Specialist at Devon Bank is responsible for promoting Islamic Financing for residential mortgage options. This remote position focuses on building and maintaining relationships within the community to generate referrals and meet production goals, while adhering to the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma and equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 continuous years in a mortgage-related position with experience generating self-sourced business.
• Ability to travel to potential business sources throughout assigned sales territory.
• Ability to originate Islamic finance transactions in 34 states.
• S.A.F.E. act licensing required prior to start date.
• Ability to speak conversational Arabic or Urdu/Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit new residential mortgage financing to meet established quality and production goals.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of business and community relationships for referrals.
• Participate in business-related development opportunities and community events.
• Engage with Islamic community leaders and professional organizations.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Devon Bank's financing programs and regulatory requirements.
• Distribute promotional and marketing material to Muslim communities.
• Arrange and present educational workshops at mosques and community events.
