Promote a positive image of the bank with outstanding customer service; by developing a relationship with business and personal customers, while completing a variety of transactions efficiently and effectively. Responsible for serving bank customers at the Community Banking line, within the guidelines of bank policy and procedures. Often, being the first point of contact for customer questions and inquiries. Through relationship building, promote and refer appropriate bank products and services.
