About The Position

We are currently recruiting for Caregivers & CNA's to reliably serve patients in the following areas: Branson, MO PCA/HHA - $16.00/hr Active MO CNA - $17.00/hr. Shift availability/hours to vary by location. Currently looking to staff Part Time [Approx 22hrs/week] + PRN/Fill-In's with potential to build up additional hours. Weekly Pay and Flexible scheduling. Requirements

• Previous home health care or direct patient care experience
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
• The commitment to deliver patient care as you would want those you love to be treated, with compassion, excellence, and reliability

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living (ADL's)
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance/reminders
