About The Position
Flow Therapy is looking for a passionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to help lead a small clinical team delivering a non-invasive, life-changing cardiovascular therapy. The Clinical Director is not only patient focused, but also is a team-oriented clinician with a natural leadership mindset and a desire for mentoring. Success in this role will come from a passion for patient education. During the 7-weeks our patients are receiving therapy, we want to recognize the opportunity to manage chronic conditions by broadening knowledge on disease processes, medication adherence, and healthy living choices to drive best-in-class outcomes. Additionally, this individual enjoys managing a small team, and has the mindset that a high performing team comes through establishing trust, accountability, and delivering great results for our patients and each other.
