Requirements

• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services, including opening new accounts and performing account maintenance.
• Resolve clients' problems through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring clients' needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
