What success looks like in this role: • Gains familiarity with delivery management concepts, practices and methodologies. • With guidance, performs a variety of delivery management duties, including: o Assisting with development of and updates to delivery related project plans, timelines and schedules, o Assisting with coordination of day-to-day project tasks, o Monitoring account progress and preparing / updating status reports, o Participating in client meetings, helping manage expectations and helping address emerging questions / issues, o Working with internal product, technical and other teams to ensure issues are addressed and resolved in a timely and accurate fashion, o Representing clients to internal teams and service organizations. • Learns and complies with the company’s delivery management and related service standards and procedures. • Assists with special projects as assigned. You will be successful in this role if you have: BA/BS degree and 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
