Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
English language fluency, verbal and written.
Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.

Responsibilities

Provide clerical support to ranch foreman.
Pick up mail, sort and direct to office and employees on location. Take outgoing mail to post office.
Provide a variety of housekeeping duties and security.
Direct preparation of records such as agenda, new hire paperwork.
