About The Position
Are you ready to join the Anytime Fitness family at our Southside Anchorage location?? We're on the lookout for an energetic and enthusiastic Part-Time Cleaner to help us keep our gym in tip-top shape! This is more than just a cleaning job; it's a chance to be part of a community that promotes health, wellness, and fun. Position Overview: As one of our Cleaners, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our members have a clean and inviting environment to work out in. You'll be the unsung hero behind the scenes, making sure our gym is a safe, clean, and vibrant space for all.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and a passion for cleanliness.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment. We'll provide training on our cleaning systems/standards.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have the ability to stick to a set (even if flexible) schedule.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Wipe down and sanitize fitness equipment from cardio to free weights, ensuring they sparkle and smell fresh for our members.
- Assist with organizing and tidying gym equipment to maintain an inviting atmosphere.
- Keep our restrooms spotless and fully stocked with essentials.
- Make our floors glisten with regular vacuuming and mopping.
- Keep our windows crystal clear, allowing natural light to fill the space.
- Collaborate with the rest of the Anytime Fitness staff to create a friendly and welcoming environment for members.
