About The Position

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential or short-term rentals is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to residential painting or other maintenance tasks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Conduct floor care activities including buffing and polishing to maintain surface quality.
• Execute custodial duties in residential and commercial properties, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Assist in facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management.
• Carry out industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and break rooms to provide a pleasant environment for occupants.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning schedules are met efficiently.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment while following established procedures for safety and effectiveness.
