About The Position
We are a local legal document company based in the Coachella Valley, specializing in providing high-quality document preparation services for individuals, businesses, and legal professionals. Our team is dedicated to delivering accurate and efficient document solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Paralegal to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in electronic document preparation and management, with a strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology. This role offers the opportunity to contribute your expertise in a flexible, part-time capacity, helping our clients achieve their legal goals efficiently and effectively. As a Certified Paralegal, you will be responsible for preparing, drafting, and reviewing various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, wills, trusts, and other legal forms. You will ensure that all documents are accurate and compliant with legal standards. Additionally, you will organize, manage, and file legal documents electronically using our document management systems, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible. You will also assist clients in understanding and completing legal documents, providing guidance and support to ensure all forms are properly filled out and compliant with legal requirements. Your role will also involve conducting legal research to ensure that all documents are current with legal standards and regulations. You will provide administrative support related to document preparation, including scheduling, tracking project timelines, and maintaining client communication. This position offers a flexible, part-time schedule with the potential of becoming a full-time schedule depending on the needs of the company.
