About The Position

This position is responsible for the delivery and implementation of the Commercial Driver's License Training Program for the southeast (SE) region. The CDL Program Trainer will provide support to the NDSCS CDL program in its day-to-day operations, including maintaining and repairing equipment as necessary, staging equipment for testing, fueling trucks, and performing repairs.

Requirements

• Must support the mission, vision, and values of NDSCS
• Class A Commercial Driver's License with a minimum of three years' driving experience
• Directly related work experience in education and/or training
• DOT medical card (must be obtained by start of hire)
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Computer experience in word-processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications
• Knowledge of the adult learning process
