About The Position

As a Coordinator Marketing In House at Marriott's Waiohai Beach Club, you will assist in providing our Owners and guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories. This role is centered around making vacation dreams come true for travelers in a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment. You will be responsible for scheduling sales presentations, managing customer expectations, and ensuring that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements. Your goal will be to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

Requirements

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
• Enjoys interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Background in hospitality or tourism.

Responsibilities

• Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.

• Uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

• Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contributes to team goals.
