Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer payments in branch offices.
  • Perform duties according to company guidelines and established safety procedures.
  • Process payments from various sources including door box, mail, and field collectors.
  • Operate video display terminal and utilize CIBS/CIS and DPE programs to access customer account data.
  • Balance cash and checks on hand with system totals and prepare funds for deposit.
  • Answer basic inquiries related to payments and general company programs.
  • Refer customers to appropriate channels for service requests and inquiries.
  • Secure all operating and collected funds.
