About The Position

As a Part-Time Caregiver, you will provide flexible in-home senior support in Lusby, MD. This role allows you to set your own hours, making it ideal for balancing work and personal life. Requirements

• Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, or PCA preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
• Familiarity with Hoyer lifts is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols.
• A reliable, patient, and respectful attitude that prioritizes client dignity and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assist a mostly immobile, bedridden senior with daily care and safe transfers using a Hoyer lift.
• Prepare simple meals and maintain cleanliness in the home.
• Provide comfort care in a calm, supportive environment.
• Offer timely medication reminders and communicate wellness updates to the client’s family.
• Provide meaningful companionship, reassurance, and conversation throughout the day.
