About The Position

Agape at Home provides compassionate, non-medical in-home care for seniors and hospice patients throughout Tucson. We are looking for caring, dependable individuals who want to make a real difference in someone’s life. Caregivers provide non-medical support to clients who, due to age or physical/mental limitations, need assistance with daily living. Care is provided in the client’s home and community to help them remain safely and comfortably in their residence.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid I-9 eligibility documents
• Current negative TB test
• Fingerprint clearance card
• CPR/First aid certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Current auto insurance
• Current vehicle registration

Responsibilities

• Assistance with bathing
• Dressing and grooming
• Feeding support
• Light exercising or mobility assistance
• Personal hygiene
• Transfers (bed to chair, etc.)
• Ambulation (walking assistance)
• Positioning and comfort care
• Light housekeeping, companionship, and other non-medical support as assigned
